Certificate in Junior Beautician TrainingCourse Objective:To equip trainees with basic knowledge and techniques of a Junior Beautician; to furnish trainees with an overview of the Beauty industry in Hong Kong and enable them to grasp the knowledge and skills in providing customer services; and to help trainees secure an employment as a Junior Beautician. Course Content:This course will be conducted in English and is suitable for non-Chinese speaking eligible employees in Hong Kong who are unemployed or non-engaged. The course will introduce the industry, skin analysis and cleansing, facial treatment, massage technique (including facial and shoulder massage), fundamental make-up techniques, knowledge of cosmetics and cosmetic tools, eye treatments, depilatory treatment, hand treatments, manicure and pedicure body slimming, understanding of beauty care machines, generic skills including vocational Cantonese, personal attributes and job search skills.
