| Upgrade Seminars by "Star Speaker" The Service Centre of Employees Retraining Board will launch two Upgrade Seminars by "Star Speaker" in September and October. We have invited celebrities in the field of social service and entertainment, to cover the topics on emotion management and confidence building. The seminars will be conducted in Cantonese.
