Responsibilities |
- To assist senior management in the formulation of research strategies;
- to oversee the work of the Research and Development Section in undertaking qualitative and quantitative research analysis, and to ensure the use of effective analytic processes and research methodologies to deliver quality research outcomes;
- to provide information management services to facilitate prompt, accurate and updated market information and course data; and
- to quality assure outsourced surveys and research projects.

Requirements |
- A recognised University degree in relevant disciplines with a minimum of 8 years' post-degree working experience, of which at least 3 years should be in research and development work and at managerial level;
- good knowledge about the labour market and solid experience in conducting market research and analysis would be an advantage; and
- excellent research and computer skills, and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) to be able to explain/present research findings effectively.
