Responsibilities |
- To plan, coordinate and oversee the progress of accreditation exercises, including liaison with accreditation authority and training bodies, compilation and vetting of course materials and accreditation documents, follow up on accreditation results, etc;
- to make recommendations on improvement measures, particularly for training bodies, for meeting the quality assurance requirements;
- to monitor data management on the Qualifications Register;
- to assist in the monitoring of quality assurance activities like the conduct of surprise inspections;
- to organize workshops on quality assurance and training for instructors;
- to manage the performance of supporting staff ; and
- to prepare reports and papers on quality assurance and related issues.

Requirements |
- A recognized university degree. At least 5 years’ post-degree working experience preferably in the vocational training or continuing education sector, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity;
- possess strong analytical, organizing, interpersonal and communication skills;
- excellent command of written English and Chinese; and good IT skills; and
- experience of working in the public sector and/or good knowledge of quality assurance mechanisms and practices, vocational training, continuing education, or Qualifications Framework would be an advantage.
