ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme
 | The Employees Retraining Board (ERB) launches the “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme”which acknowledges organizations’ outstanding accomplishments in manpower development in accordance with a set of objective and stringent assessment criteria established by a professional consultant. An organization that fulfils the criteria will be accredited as a “Manpower Developer” (MD) in recognition of its commitment to manpower development. Upon successful accreditation, a MD can enhance its corporate image, employee loyalty and attract talent. As the strong backbone for local manpower development, the ERB tasks to nurture a flexible, quality and resilient labour force for Hong Kong. The scheme will be serving as a diversified, multi-facet and sustainable interactive platform for professionals, organizations and trade associations to contribute to the manpower development in Hong Kong.
