MD 1st Workshop Series "Building an Effective Team of Post 80s" Event Highlights

The first thematic workshop organised under the “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme” was held on 8 July 2010. With the theme of “Building an Effective Team of Post 80s”, the workshop aimed to provide participants with a thorough understanding on the post 80s’ values and characteristic to facilitate organisations in formulating appropriate and effective training for building an effective team. The workshop attracted over 200 HR and training professionals to attend.

ERB would continue to organise various activities under the “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme” to establish an interactive platform and promote exchanges in enhancing the overall standard of manpower training and development in Hong Kong.
