"ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme" 2010-11

With a view to instilling a corporate culture of embracing manpower training and development into enterprises, ERB launched the “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme” (the Scheme) in December 2009 to acknowledge organisations which have demonstrated outstanding achievements in manpower training and development as Manpower Developers (MDs).

As the first award scheme to assess the level of maturity of manpower training and development strategies and practices of organisations in Hong Kong, the Scheme aims at cultivating a common value to attach importance to manpower training and development.

Through the Scheme, ERB has created a diversified, sustainable and interactive platform to foster the strategic partnership with MDs and amongst MDs. The Scheme is held annually and the recruitment of MDs for 2010-11 last until 15 November 2010.
