Eligibility
All public and private organisations in Hong Kong are eligible to apply. Enrolment for one of the following categories should be submitted in accordance with the company size.

any manufacturing business employing fewer than 100 persons in Hong Kong; |

any non-manufacturing business employing fewer than 50 persons in Hong Kong. |

Remark 2:
| (i) |
The organisation should be registered with the Business Registration Office of the Inland Revenue Department for a minimum of 1 year prior to the date of application;

There is or have been no event, litigation, arbitration or administrative proceeding which may adversely affect the operation or the continuation of its business.
|
| (ii) |
"Number of persons employed" shall include individual proprietors, partners and shareholders actively engaged in the work of the business, and salaried employees of the business, including full-time or part-time salaried personnel directly paid by the business, both permanent and temporary. |
Application Procedure
An organisation wishing to participate should file an application with the ERB by submitting the following documents:

copies of Business Registration Certificate and relevant licences and permits. |

Application Deadline
The recruitment of MDs for 2011-12 was closed. The list of awardees will be announced at the MD Presentation Ceremony in April 2012.
