ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme – the 1st Presentation Ceremony is held on 23 April 2010. The Presentation Ceremony is officiated by the Hon. Donald TSANG Yam-kuen, GBM, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; the Hon. Matthew CHEUNG Kin-chung, GBS, JP, Secretary for Labour and Welfare; and Mr. Paul TANG Kwok-wai, JP, Permanent Secretary for Labour and Welfare.

A total of 80 organizations are awarded as Manpower Developer 1st (MD 1st) at the Presentation Ceremony in recognition of their outstanding performance in manpower training and development, and their pioneer support for the Scheme.
