The 2nd Presentation Ceremony of the "ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme" is held on 28 April 2011. The Presentation Ceremony is officiated by the Hon. Matthew CHEUNG Kin-chung, GBS, JP, Secretary for Labour and Welfare and Mr. Paul TANG Kwok-wai, JP, Permanent Secretary for Labour and Welfare. A total of 57 public and private organizations from 18 industries have been accredited as MDs in recognition of their outstanding performance in manpower training and development.
