To ensure the impartiality and credibility of the “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme”, the ERB has enlisted expertise and support from diverse sources in the management, implementation and promotion of the Scheme.
Honorary Advisors (HA)
Honorary Advisors comprise 12 prominent figures in the academia and continuing education sectors, professional associations and human resources profession. They assist the ERB to:
- establish the credibility and acceptability of the accreditation mechanism;
- evaluate the assessment criteria and assessment tools;
- review the consolidated assessment reports on the proposed awardees; and
- fine-tune the overall operation and further development strategy of the Scheme

Technical Consultant (TC)
The ERB appoints the Hong Kong Productivity Council as the Independent Technical Consultant to formulate the accreditation mechanism and assessment criteria, undertake assessments of participating organisations and prepare assessment reports.
