“Smart Baby Care” will provide support services to post-natal care helpers and infant and child care help-ers who have graduated from the related courses within one year having applied or having been em-ployed to take care of infants aged one year or below, including:


  • Mock interview: To get prepared for job searching, helpers can make appointments for mock interviews. Staff of “Smart Baby Care” will provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Pre-job training: Consultants of “Smart Baby Care” will assist newly employed helpers for “pre-job training”, including baby care skills, preparation of menu and routine work, etc.
  • Follow-up upon reporting duty: Staff or consultants of “Smart Baby Care” will contact the helpers to understand their work pro-gress and offer appropriate support.
  • Hotline support by consultants: Helpers can make use of the hotline to contact the consultants for work related enquiries.
