All applicants should have completed any of the following “Manpower Development Scheme” certificate courses provided by the ERB:

Certificate in Massage for Healthcare Training Courses#

(Additional requirements and different registration procedure)

#Graduates of the above courses must have to undergo standardized skills assessments offered by the ERB Practical Skills Training and Assessment Centre ("PSTAC"). For other courses, trainees are required to undergo assessment(s) at individual training bodies before graduation.

All job-seekers are required to register as Smart Helpers.

You can download the “Home.Care Service Smart Helper Job Application Form”, or obtain it from any of the 13 Smart Living – Regional Service Centres. Submit the completed form by fax, mail or in person to any of the Regional Service Centres.

Each job referral registration is valid for 6 months. Job referral is mainly handled by the Regional Service Centre which received your Application Form. However, your information will also be made available to all other Regional Service Centers for more chances of referral.
