Be courteous and friendly. Greet and introduce yourself actively and politely. Turn your mobile phones to "Mute / Vibrating" mode when working.


Punctuality

 

Work on time. Never miss, be late or leave early for any appointment. You have to notify the employers in advance in case you are not able to arrive on time.


Dress Code

 

Keep your appearance tidy and clean. Do not wear bulky accessories or sexy clothes. Never wear heavy make-up.


Professional Conduct

Never do anything unrelated to your duties even the employers are not at home, e.g. gambling, knitting, smoking, drinking, sleeping, watching TV or listening to radio.

Never shout and say foul language when you are on duty.

Never use employers’ belongings for your private purposes, e.g. Video cassette recorders, tape recorders.
 
""
Never disclose your employers’ privacy or personal information.
 
""
Make a purchasing list and keep all receipts to avoid any disputes. Never derive any interests from these transactions.

Never ask for or imply for tips.
 
""
Be careful when cleaning the house.

Be honest, admit and apologize to employers on any fault(s) made.

Prepare yourselves to improve and enhance skills anytime.
 

Establish good relationship and communications

Listen patiently to your employers’ requests; take initiative to provide suitable services to resolve any problems in relation to household chores.

Finish your duties within the assigned period, and report the progress of your duties to your employers.

Respect employers’ directions and service request. Discuss with your employers should there be any safety problems or unreasonable expectations.

Be flexible in dealing with your employers and in delivering your duties.
 

Bad weather

 

If the Black Rainstorm Signal, typhoon signal no.8 or above is issued, contact your employers to change the appointment in order to protect our own safety.
