Quality Assurance
All Smart Helpers have completed the related ERB courses. Most of the courses require trainees to attend the standardized practical assessments.
Free of Charge
Smart Living - Regional Services Centres provide free of any charge, comprehensive support services, including registration, referral and post-employment follow-up. Employers pay wages direct to the helpers. No administration fee will be imposed on the employers and helpers.
Easy & Convenient Registration and Referral
- Employer can register a vacancy by filling in the Vacancy Registration Form posted on the Smart Living Website anytime.
- Vacancy information will be shown on the “ERB Helper App” for search and application by helpers.
- When application from the helper is received, the employer will receive SMS / phone call regarding the contact phone number of the helper referred. The employer can contact the helper direct to discuss job details.
