In response to the changing environment and increasing demand for quality living, Smart Helpers are encouraged to keep upgrading themselves through continuous learning so as to provide value-added service.

Smart Helpers can choose to join the ERB’s Manpower Development Courses to enhance their skills or widen their skill sets.

Besides, Smart Helpers can also base on their own interests and/or requirements of their employers to participate in the Smart Living Workshops organized by the Smart Living – Regional Service Centres. Different topical workshops are on offer throughout the year for Smart Helpers to better equip themselves.
