• Head to Shoulders Massage
• Foot Reflexology
• Full-body Massage

Direct payment by cash to the masseurs upon service completion and no tips nor surcharges is required.

For new customers, please fill in the Registration form for home-based customersand send the completed form to the Smart Living - Regional Service Centre of your service region.

Staff of Regional Service Centres will call you to follow-up the registration and confirm the referral arrangement with you.

Customer can call the masseur direct of further service arrangement.

• All registered masseurs provide the healthcare massage service in the capacity of a self-employed person. The ERB and the RSCs will not get involved in the transaction between the masseurs and customers, therefore, the ERB, the RSCs and their staff shall refute any liability to the service arrangements and money transaction made between the masseurs and customers.
• Masseurs of same gender as the customers will be referred. Should more than 1 customer be served and they are of different genders, customers can choose the gender of the masseurs. For Full-body massage, masseurs of same gender as the customers must be referred
• Customers are required to read the Notes for Home-based Customers before consuming the service.
• Upon the first referral, RSCs will provide customer the masseur's name, contact telephone number and expiry date of masseur's Business Registration Certificate. Customers can call the masseur direct for further service arrangement.
• Customers may contact RSCs again if you wish to change another masseur.

• ERB graduates who have completed the Certificate in Massage for Healthcare Training Course; and
• passed the standardized skills assessment on the massage skills; and
• possess valid Business Registration Certificate

• Completed Healthcare Massage Service Smart Helper Application Form; and
• Photocopy of valid and relevant Business Registration Certificate; and
• Photocopy of certified extracts of information on the Business Register; and
• Photo (name marked at the back side); or
• Certification of work experience (only for those to provide home-based massage service)

Eligible trainees will be informed by RSCs within one month to bring along the original copies of registration documents to RSCs for verification, and to sign on the masseur note and guideline. Upon completion of the procedures, masseurs will be given a Smart Helper Card.

• Each registration is valid till the expiry date of your Business Registration Certificate. Once registered, your information can be made available to all Smart Living - Regional Service Centers so that they can contact you direct for referral of home-based, clubhouses and corporate massage referral service.
• You are required to submit ERB a renewed Business Registration Certificate for re-registration upon the expiration of your Business Registration Certificate.
• In the referral process, RSCs provide customers your name, contact telephone number and expiry date of Business Registration Certificate, so that customers can call you direct for further service arrangement.
