In view of the latest epidemic situation, from 23 March 2020 onwards, the Employees Retraining Board (ERB) Siu Sai Wan office, “Practical Skills Training and Assessment Centre”, “ERB Service Centre”, 37 “ERB Service Spots”, Regional Service Centres of “Smart Living”, offices of “Smart Baby Care” and “Smart Starter” will be temporarily closed until further notice, during which, the face-to-face training consultancy service and all trainee activities will also be suspended.

Meanwhile, ERB will provide basic and limited services, including the ERB hotline 182 182 (operating hours: between 9am and 4pm from Monday to Friday), video conferencing training consultancy service, online booking of the training consultancy service, online vacancy registration service and referral service of “Smart Living” and “Smart Baby Care”, as well as the referral service of “Smart Starter”.

The ERB courses will continue to be suspended and further announcement on subsequent arrangement will be made in due course.
