Seminar on Human Resources Management 2011 Event Highlights

“Seminar on Human Resources Management 2011” organised by the ERB was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 15 March 2011. The Seminar was chaired by Mr. Stanley Ng, BBS, Executive Director of the ERB. Senior management representatives of four MDs 1st were invited to share their corporate strategies and best practices from the perspectives of “talent recruitment”, “talent development” and “talent retention” with the audiences.

The response to the Seminar was encouraging with over 300 HR and training professionals attending.

The ERB would continue to organise various activities under the “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme” to establish an interactive platform and promote exchanges in enhancing the overall standard of manpower training and development in Hong Kong.
