MD Seminar on “Change Management for HR Professionals” Event Highlights

MD Seminar on “Change Management for HR Professionals” organised by the ERB was held on 15 March 2012 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Around 350 HR and Training Professionals from over 170 organisations attended.

The Seminar was chaired by Mr. Stanley Ng, BBS, Executive Director of the ERB. Senior executives from four organisations, including CITIC Pacific Limited, New World Development Company Limited (MD1st), Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (MD1st) and Hong Kong Jockey Club, were invited to share their valuable experience on how to manage changes and sustain corporate development through implementing human resources and training strategies.
