“ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme” Seminar Series - “Developing Mid-Level Leaders in a Holistic Approach” Event Highlights

MD Seminar on “Developing Mid-Level Leaders in a Holistic Approach” organised by the ERB was held on 7 September 2012 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre with 340 enrollments of HR and Training Professional from over 180 organisations received.

The Seminar was chaired by Professor Leo SIN Yat-ming, Department of Marketing, Faculty of Business Administration, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Senior Representatives from Kelly Services Hong Kong Limited and three Manpower Developers, namely Hospital Authority, Langham Hospitality Group and CLP Power Hong Kong Limited, were invited to share their valuable experience on developing mid-level leaders.
