“ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme” Seminar Series - “Coaching and People Development Strategy” Event Highlights

A MD Seminar on “Coaching and People Development Strategy” organised by the ERB was held on 16 April 2013 with over 320 enrollments of HR and Training professionals from 160 organisations received.

The Seminar was chaired by Professor Randy CHIU, MH, Director of Centre for Human Resources Strategy and Development, Hong Kong Baptist University. Two seasoned Executive Coaches and representatives of two “Manpower Developers”- Maxim’s Caterers Limited and Yan Chai Hospital Social Services Department were invited to share their valuable experience on the application of “Coaching” on people development strategies.
