“MD Outreach Programme – Roving Talk at Secondary Schools” Event Highlights for November 2013

The ERB continued to organise the “MD Outreach Programme – Roving Talk at Secondary Schools” in November 2013. Representatives of two “Manpower Developers” including Hong Kong Wing On Travel Service Limited and Ngong Ping 360 Limited shared the development prospect, entry requirements and interesting workplace episodes of the tourism industry with a total of over 800 secondary upper-form students from HKCWC Fung Yiu King Memorial Secondary School and Liu Po Shan Memorial College respectively. Representatives of the ERB also introduced ERB’s courses and services which are suitable to the young people, thereby facilitating their future academic and career development with useful information.

Mr. Nicoman CHIU, Human Resources Manager and Mr. Frederick FUNG, Senior Tour Consultant of Hong Kong Wing On Travel Service Limited shared the career prospect and work experience of tour escort with students of HKCWC Fung Yiu King Memorial Secondary School.

Ms. Kathy YUEN, Senior Manager, Human Resources & Corporate Services of Ngong Ping 360 Limited, was the Guest Speaker for the Talk at Liu Po Shan Memorial College.
