“2017-18 ERB Summer Internship Programme” well accomplished
The ERB launched its first “ERB Summer Internship Programme” (“the Programme”) in 2017-18, with a view to allowing secondary upper-form students to experience the real-life working environment and facilitate their life planning. Under the Programme, Manpower Developers (MDs) from different industries provided 1 to 3 weeks’ internship opportunities and arranged mentors to provide on-the-job guidance and support for participating students. A total of 40 students were selected to take up different clerical positions. They have enhanced their understanding of the industries and working skills through the Programme.
