“Smart Baby Care” provides one-stop services including vacancy registration, referrals, consultation and follow-up to employers and helpers free of charge. Wage of the helpers are mutually agreed by the employers and the helpers depending on the working hours and scope of service. The helpers are entitled to receiving the full amount of wages paid by the employers.
