Vision
To provide a flexible, quality and resilient labour force for the knowledge-based economy of Hong Kong.
Mission
To develop training courses and services in response to the changes in the employment market, enhance the quality of our labour force and foster upward mobility in the society.
The Employees Retraining Board (ERB) launched its new logo in 2008. For the graphic on the left, the bottom three elements represent the employers, the Training Bodies, the Government and stakeholders, all of whom work hand in hand to support the upper element, which represents the trainees and employees. The cheerful expansive graphic suggests the bright new futures and better lives that the students and employees, together with their families, will enjoy from their experience with the ERB.
The new ERB logo highlights the letters "ERB", which is the short form of the Employees Retraining Board, that is simple, neat and yet approachable.
