Service Targets and Stakeholders

Service Targets and Stakeholders of the Employees Retraining Board, including ERB Appointed Training Bodies, Eligible Employees, Employers, Trade Unions, Trade, Professional Associations, Education and Community Service Institutions, Related Government Bureau / Departments / Public Bodies, Media, and Public.  

 

*  The service targets of the Employees Retraining Board are Hong Kong eligible employees aged 15 or above with education level at sub-degree or below. Eligible employees are holders of Hong Kong Identity Card or certificate of exemption, and are not subject to any condition of stay. The ERB also provides specific training for special service target groups including the new arrivals, ethnic minorities, disabled and people recovered from work injury and occupational disease, non-engaged youths and rehabilitated ex-offenders.
