Scope of Service
- Refer trainees who have completed the relevant ERB courses to employers in accordance with their requirements.
- Handle enquiries on recruitment of Smart Helpers.
- Provide support services, including the provision of interview venues and assist employers in taking out employees' compensation insurance if necessary.
- Provide follow-up service after job referral.
