The ERB website and mobile apps, “ERB Helper” and “ERB Home Services”, have been honored with the Gold Awards of the “Digital Accessibility Recognition Scheme 2024-2025”. This also marks the third consecutive year that ERB has received recognition for its website and “ERB Helper” mobile app.
In addition, the two mobile apps designed for the use of referral services under the Smart Living and Smart Baby Care Schemes have been awarded the “Elderly-Friendly Design Award”, acknowledging ERB’s efforts in meeting the needs of the elderly.

The “Digital Accessibility Recognition Scheme” is organised by the Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited, co-organised by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer and advised by the Equal Opportunities Commission.
