The “Smart Baby Care” Scheme administrated by the Employees Retraining Board (ERB) handles post-natal care and infant and child care job vacancies on a centralised basis, and provides free referral services for household employers as well as graduate trainees of related courses offered by ERB.
Hotline support services will be provided by professional consultants, including an experienced registered nurse and an experienced post-natal care helper to employers who have employed our post-natal care or infant care helpers who graduated from the related courses within one year. All services of “Smart Baby Care” Scheme are free of charge.
